This question fuels my passion every day, and the answers have never been more important for organizations and individuals. My purpose is to help everyone, from any and all backgrounds, achieve their full potential, to help organizations thrive, to improve wider society and to bring people closer together.

I have devoted my career to understanding human and organizational behavior, and seeking out ways to drive business results by continuously improving the interplay between strategy, operations and talent.

My training, coaching and consulting practices are designed to replace the status quo with behavioral and structural inclusion. With a signature humor and “real-ness,” my programs are designed to transform behaviors and mindsets of teams, individuals and leaders, and to support them with fair and equitable structures and processes.

A Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) expert with more than 25 years of progressive and broad-minded consulting experiences across numerous industries, I bring a fresh perspective on the needs and experiences of untapped and underrepresented groups.

My clients have co-created new and refreshed work environments that are more authentic, supportive and respectful, with higher team engagement.

My corporate experience has not only provided me with a deep knowledge of my field, it has also put me in my clients’ shoes, “on the other side of the desk.” As Head of Global Learning & Development at Equifax, I led a team of that implemented initiatives to increase sales performance and business profitability. In my roles as Director of Client Services at Korn Ferry and Executive of National Accounts at The Coca-Cola Company, I had the privilege of training and inspiring clients with a renewed focus on meeting the strategic needs of their organizations.

A native of Pittsburgh, PA, I am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and hold certifications in curriculum design, Myers Briggs Assessments, DISC, Diversity & Inclusion, Efficacy Training and numerous Consultative Selling Methodologies.
