Equipped with certifications in a variety of instruments and assessments including Herrmann Brain (HBDI), Myers Briggs, DISC and Efficacy Training, we begin most coaching engagements by studying a client’s (or group’s) personal brand, strengths and opportunities. Together, we focus on successfully expanding one’s sphere of influence from tactical to strategically impactful.
Of special relevance for underrepresented groups, Efficacy Training gets to the heart of an individual’s ability to efficiently meet the challenges he or she faces. We put Efficacy principles into practice that encourage people to take risks and pursue opportunities, even in difficult circumstances.
