I know what it’s like to work with people who don’t look like me. And I know what it takes to push through organizational and cultural barriers in an efficacious manner.

When I work with groups, we go beyond the “civilized surface.” We park the false narratives at the door and discuss what really matters. It’s not about changing the world; it’s about changing our mindsets.

For real change to happen, we must act. It begins with uniting everyone behind one vision. It sticks when the right structure and processes support new mindsets and behaviors, not once but over and over and over.

The struggle is real for people who don’t look like the majority. We need to talk about what it takes to create an authentically supportive workplace with an inclusive culture that is welcoming and respectful for everyone. We work with organizations to drive real change, building DE&I organizations by design, not by default. We transform the behaviors of teams, individuals and leaders.

Leadership Development

Our Leadership Development training approach emphasizes inclusion. It’s based on a belief that an inclusive leader can heal disparate parts of an organization and build a healthier, more enduring whole. Inclusive leadership is the way forward to a world that is more sustainable, innovative, purposeful and peaceful.

Women's Empowerment

Women are making momentous advances today, and have never been in a better position to reach their goals. Our Empowerment Courses show women how to strategically use their strengths and abilities to gain a competitive edge, while mastering their emotions in even the most unwelcoming atmosphere. Participants learn how to build confidence so that they are ready to compete fearlessly, while recognizing their true capabilities.
